824 Tucker Road is one of 21 homes in Westview Estates. Two recorded documents run with the land and bind every owner: the Westview Estates Trust (the homeowners' association) and a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. Here is what they mean for a buyer, before you visit.
How the home can be used
- One single-family home. The house is a private residence.
- No trade or commercial enterprise of any kind on the property.
- No subdivision or boundary change without the Declarant's prior written approval.
Changes to the outside
- Exterior changes go through the association's architectural review.
- Solar panels visible from the road are not permitted.
The association
- The association maintains the private roads, plowing, common-area mowing, stormwater systems and the shared open space.
- The 2026 to 2027 assessment is $900 a year per home.
- The covenants have a 30-year term, counted from their signing in 2019 and recording in 2020.
